Very nice property with beautiful surroundings,entrance and huge lobby with magnificent view to the sea. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and balconies, cleaned daily. Good choice of food to satisfy everyone. I loved having my breakfast outside.Private small but well kept beach. Outside pool was clean and there were enough sun-beds for guests @ entertainment.

Some furnishings need to be updated or replaced: curtains, carpets…Air conditioning did not work as well as hairdryer in my room. Balcony door was difficult to close. There was no ATM machine to withdraw money

Even though I stayed at a luxurious suite hotel, the Wi-Fi availability was severely limited, which is crucial for any businessperson. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was subpar.

Hotel is very nice. Food was good and clean. Indoor pool is one of the prettiest.

Big open, marble but no character. The receptionist seemed at the far end of his patience. Minimal beach to sit on. No reason to return.

the breakfast was okay, but the coffee was undrinkable (and I am really not picky!). The pool was clean, and generally enough chairs for everyone, and the rooms were nice, but never properly cleaned.

The staff was INCREDIBLY rude. I already knew before the trip that the customer service would be nothing comparable to Europe or North America. However, I am absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the staff. It was like talking to walls, they can't smile, they ignore your questions and walk away, they are very unapproachable, they do not know the answers to anything. I thought it would get better as the days went on, I always remained friendly, yet I never got a smile, a hello, a thank you, and I (along with the other guests) were treated like pests who they had no interest in having there. We waited THREE hours to check in because they said our room was not yet ready. The hotel was pretty much empty, and when we finally got our room at 5PM (check in is 2PM), it was dirty and had not been cleaned. We decided to head straight to the beach, which was absoluetly filthy and right beside a huge garbage dump!! The water was repulsive, and was obvious that they never clean it. We then moved to the pool area, where they claimed to have an animation team. They had a list where every hour activities would take place, yet in our 4 days we never saw a single animator or anything going on. Our hotel ladies never came in and cleaned the rooms, and o the ONE SINGLE day where she made the bed, she did not stock our shampoo and soap and water bottles. Excuse me, but this is a FIVE star hotel. Nevertheless, we continued to enjoy our trip, usually eating dinner in the city centre as the food in the hotel was old. Upon check out, we were once again (as classic Tunisians do) tried to be ripped off. We were given a hotel bill that was three times what it should have been. I complained and the lady said she was unsure and i had to wait for her colleague to come. We had one hour before our plane left, and no one seemed to care, they were walking around ignoring all the customers waiting around to be served. Finally, 30 minutes later the manager came and told us this was right.

Nice place, location, money value

Check in was so slow, many people work there but just only one who work and others were like a mangers !!!!! Was no reason for that and no one care about you

check-in and out too slow and neutral, details in the suite room, room cleaning service too late (between 3 and 4 PM), food ok but not very tasty

1.Nice view from the room balcony (sea side) 2 Best Mediterranean cuisine ever tried so far. 3.huge hotel with a lot of space, could invest it in far more activities.

1.Elevator was inoperative. 2.Staff was unprofessional making fun of the way I dressed-up right in front of me thinking that i dont speack their language. 3.the staff kicked out my luggage out of the luggage room when I left it there upon checking in while I was having dinner. 4.laundry services are nothing but a mockery, I wished they provided me an iron I would iron my shirts way better. 5.upon check out front deck forgot to clear my room extra surcharges, as a result, hotel charged my credit card without my signature or authorisation while I was traveling . 6.lack of unprofessionalism, genuineness. 7. Animation staff is a bit noisy.

The restaurant staff were very gentel and profetional

As 5 stars hotel( like any any 5stars hotel or even less then 5 stars in the world) i was expecting teeth bruch/teeth paste/shaving gel/..) however in this hotel it was not there. Moreover, the mini bar in the room was empty, anywhere in the world you get bottels of water included in the package, there is no room delivery of expresso or water-self service hhh-.i guess this service doesnt meet the 5 or even 4 stars hotel.

I loved the location.

The reception was awful, rude, and far from being helpful. The room did not deserve the 5-star banner. It was average to say the least. We were promised a triple room. Instead, we got a double bed and a couch.

The food was good but not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Wifi was free throughout the hotel. The view was amazing.

The rooms were awful. The furniture was old and the walls were dampened. No better than a 3 star hotel. The elevators didn't work and the room key often malfunctionned.

Having big swimming pool and beach area. Breakfast also very good.

Bathroom and towels are nasty. Those who traveling in group tour this will be good.

I like the behave of staff and how they react to solve the issue that was made by the General Manager of the hotel. Decoration and room lighting was so nice and specially the seaview Special thanx to Anis the reservation manager.

They cancel my reservation however it was comfirmed in booking.com Then.. they gave me another room which was not the one that i requested for.

The standard of international food and service was good by Tunisian Hotel standards but only buffet in large dinner halls available, no restaurants/ cafes with ambiance or al a carte menus.

No air conditioning or fans in rooms and area rife with mosquitoes so if you open windows at night guess what !!!. Hotel Gym looks good but no air con, limited machines and you have to pay extra to use.
